This course is all inclusive (you don’t need to bring anything!) 

Complete and take home your own beautiful creation

This workshop will cover:

• How to trim your cakes
• How to stack and fill your cake 
• Colouring buttercream using gel colours
• How to cover your cake with smooth buttercream
• How to achieve sharp edges with butter cream
• How to create a watercolour effect using buttercream
• How to make and apply chocolate drip
• Applying fun sprinkles and decorative piping
• How to create and apply an ice-cream topper

Personailised cake toppers can also be purchased and paid for on the day prices range from $20 (if we are notified 4 days prior) - $25 (after 4 days)
