    We are one of the most established family run confectionery businesses in Australia.  Our European parents have been selling confectionery since 1979!  We know a thing or two about sweets!!

    SHIPPING

    DELIVERY

    Shipping within Australia generally takes less than one week from the date of dispatch - it may take longer during holiday periods & to rural locations. 

    Please note that orders are not always dispatched immediately after being placed - we aim to bag them fresh, just for you!

    We do not deliver to PO Boxes

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    At this current stage, we do not accept orders outside of Australia. We apologise for any inconveniences. 

    SHIPPING TIMES

    All orders are sent with Couriers Please and come with tracking info which will be sent to you. The following are our shipping estimates:

    Melbourne Metro: 2 - 7 business days

    Sydney & Adelaide Metro: 2 - 7 business days

    Brisbane Metro3 - 7 business days.

    Other States: 5 - 15 business days.

    SHIPPING FEES

    FREE SHIPPING* available (*orders over $90 to Melbourne Metro & Sydney Metro addresses)

    For orders that are made UNDER $90, pricing will be available for you to see in the checkout, before you commit to placing your order.

    OUR PROMISE TO YOU..

    We work with you to meet your deadlines - we record and monitor your critical dates.

    We will liaise with you by phone or email in the event that we are out of stock of a product to help you choose a replacement.

    IN-STORE PICK-UPS 

    In-store pick-ups are available for FREE.

    Please note that in-store pick-ups are not always available immediately after placing your order.

    When they are ready for pick-up, you will receive a call from one of our staff. 

    If required for an event, please note the date required at check-out.

    RETURNS

    We do not accept returns or exchanges, as they are food products so please choose wisely when selecting your lollies. Orders will not be refunded/exchanged for 'change of mind', or if there is a delay in delivery – we do our best to dispatch all orders in a timely manner via Couriers Please, and pass on delivery time estimates as they are provided to us by them directly. 

     

    If your order arrives in any state less than sweet please contact us immediately (within 12hrs of receiving your order) with photos via email and we will do our best to help you out.  Please be aware that some melting of chocolates can occasionally occur in warmer months. Due to the nature of the product and the fact that chocolate is still edible if partially melted, refunds on this basis will not be available. Please also be aware that all of our orders packaged in food-grade box liners so that in the event of rough handling by Couriers - the product can still be used if a bag splits open.
