Our total aim is to provide you with the right quality product at the right price and have you happy with your dealings with “Wallies Lollies”.
For the purpose of this “e” transaction, here are our Terms and Conditions:
- Goods supplied will be as near as possible in appearance to the products displayed on this site. Hand making and hand packaging has variations and while we make every endeavour to match them identically to the web image, this is not always possible.
- Should your order contain an item that we are unable to fulfil, we will contact you to determine what you would like to replace the item with. We will replace with a special bonus product (guaranteed to be of higher value).
- Goods will be sent by courier within 1 to 5 working days from receipt of order depending on location.
- In the event that you are not at the requested delivery address at the time of delivery, the goods will be left at the door step at your (the customer’s) responsibility.
- Please note that you can take out insurance on breakages *extra charges apply.
- Wallies Lollies guarantee that the products leave our warehouse in 100% perfect condition and we do not accept any responsibility for breakages during delivery.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, goods must be returned within 48 hours. Replacement products may be picked up from our Warehouse, Unit 4/37-39 Lexton Road, Box Hill, Vic., 3128
